What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Min NITEC with at least 1 year admin experience Possess Class 3 driver’s license would be advantageous.
What you'll be doing on the job
Location: Airport Cargo
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days // 3pm to 12.30am or 11.30pm to 9am (choose timing)
Salary: up to $2400 basic + AWS
Duties:
- Lead, direct and manage a team that delivers consistent high level service quality and customer satisfaction
- Resolve critical or escalated issues arising from the operations
- Plan and monitor team schedule to ensure adequate manpower to support operational demands and business objectives
- Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meet all compliance requirements
- Help to conduct annual performance reviews for all employees within department
- Address all employee performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with company personnel policies and procedures
- Assist the operation manager in day to day operation of the warehouse
