What you'll be doing on the job
Salary: $2100/mth + incentives (up to $300 per month) + OT payable 
Location: Bishan
Working days : Rostered 5 days a week (Choose your preferred shifts)
🔹7am - 4pm 
🔹2pm-11pm 
Duration: 1 year renewable
 
Description:
  • Resolving escalations tickets from public 
  • Liaising point with local authorities & stakeholders to resolve matters (Eg. Police Force, Mothership, News etc) 
  • To upkeep company's reputation by resolving all complaints in a timely manner
