  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Admin-related experience 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Provide administrative support to the departments from time to time
  • Provide receptionist support to Singapore office
  • Provide customer service support to customer service department such as walk-in claimants/policyholders from time to time
  • Redesign work duties (with job rotation as focus) and reshape admin landscape during this period
  • Look into workspace planning for the office
  • Ad-hoc duties when assigned
