- Assist in daily billing activity
- Process renewal notice on annual plan
- Assist in transaction reconciliation process and raise to respective team on
- Check and process cheque refund template including ad-hoc and batch
- Responsible for Workview enquiries both S6 and CRS and ensure it’s attended to within service level agreement
- Support ad-hoc tasks when required
