What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- A bachelor's degree with a proven track record of success in a client facing role.
- SaaS/Software/I.T background is preferred.
- Additional certification will prove to be beneficial.
- Knowledge of project management would be a bonus to hit the ground running
- Working knowledge with corporates - Banks, Telcos etc. would be an added advantage.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Dynamic interpersonal skills that will enable developing strong rapport with clients
- Familiarity with or interest in business strategy, operations and project management
- Conscientious and attentive to detail
- Demonstrated ability of agility in learning
- Able to thrive in a high-stakes environment that requires tactful communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality results
What you'll be doing on the job
- Manage client information and perform Account Management tasks, including:
- Tracking client utilization of company services for Account Management purposes and for reporting usage expectations
- Entering data into Salesforce.
- Drafting and proofreading client correspondence and agreements.
- Entering new client information into CRM
- Analytical and has an appetite for analyzing and crunching data
- Client facing- will be dealing with Banks, Fintechs and large corporates
- Work with Clients Project Management team to operationalize 30, 60 and 90-day plan
- Provide feedback to Account Director of any service issues and opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell.
- First point of contact for customer/client issues including billing
