What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Strong communication skills whether through phone or text messaging
• Fluency in Cantonese is a must, fluency in English is preferred
• Ability to persuasively demonstrate product and industry knowledge to users
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Good knowledge of the industry is a plus

What you'll be doing on the job

• Assist partners through the onboarding process and walk them through the application
• Help existing partners troubleshoot any issues they experience
• Be the advocate of company and communicate to potential partners
• Maintain a professional relationship with key partners
• Provide timely updates and user feedback to support the strategy
