What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma's degree with major in accounting/finance/business;
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience.
- Workable written English
- Strong knowledge in SAP FICO; Concur is a plus;
- Knowledge of PRC & US GAAP,
- CPA, CMA or equivalent qualification is a plus;
- Experience with Shared Service or Robotic Process Automation System is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Good internal control knowledge;
- Good Team player;
- Proficiency with MS Office – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;
What you'll be doing on the job
- The role will cover multiple entities’ accounts payable process, validate vendor invoice timely and correctly, ensure the timely input of vendor invoices and follow up closely on vendor invoices in questions and have those timely addressed;
- Execute travel & expenses claim reimbursement. Ensure payment procedure in line with company’s policy and tax regulation;
- Identify risks and area of improvement for processes, provide suggestion and solutions to stakeholders
- Expense audit and process;
- Month end closing tasks;
- Prepare GR&IR long aging report and follow up;
- Input VAT verification and VAT reconciliation;
- Accounts reconciliation;
- Other tasks upon request;
