What requirements you'll need to be eligible



 University Diploma,
 General understanding of customer service.
 SAP experience will be better
 Self-motivated, analytical problem solving skills and good communication skill.
 Willing to learn and develop self within the company.

What you'll be doing on the job

 Order follow up /coordinate for implementation towards ultimate delivery of the orders to the cus-tomer’s promises, or GI date.
 Customer compliant handling
 Communication between Sales Dept & Operation
 Implement and safeguard various ordering related policy and procedures, eg, MOQ, credit, cancel-lation, stock build, freight pattern, lead time, return and claim etc.
 Establish and maintain the solid business relationship with the customer, collect the rolling forecast from the customer.
 Maintain SOM database, actively engage in S&OP, and work with various functions within Ops to improve customer service and customer satisfaction level, along with plant costs, working capital and productivity.
 To lead and train junior staff and new employees, and make them the faster to adjust to the work environment and understand the job.
 To assist the manager and help to improve the working process for department, make the depart-ment better development.
