• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Quick learner
• Skilled user of Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting/Statistics is preferred
• CPA is a plus

What you'll be doing on the job

• The Business Support Controller provides support for the Business Partner Controllers in their management assistance mission.
• He/she reports directly to a manager of a Shared Services Center (CESP).
• He/she works closely with the Business Partner controllers (BPCs) and the business teams under his/her responsibility.
• He/she continuously improves the quality and productivity of his/her process.
