Who you'll be working for
A leading distributor of specialty chemicals and personal care ingredients in Malaysia, providing innovative solutions for the food and personal care industries.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in ERP, with deep functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (at least 5 years of experience). Experience in Production processes and/or EDI is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Supply Chain Management.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English, with a curious and innovative mindset that drives disruptive thinking and change.
- Personality: A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives on solving complex challenges in an international and rapidly changing environment.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Bridge the gap between functional business requirements and Dynamics 365 Operations configurations.
- Lead the integration of acquired companies into the Group ERP template, ensuring seamless alignment with global operations.
- Develop and model Trade & Logistics processes, advocate ERP best practices, and drive improvement projects across the domain.
- Create and manage functional scenario-based test scripts, overseeing user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Empower and strengthen the ERP Champions community, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.
