What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical 
Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role.
3. Demonstrated experience in process improvement via 6SIGMA, 8D, SPC, LEAN manufacturing, and 
project management, etc.
4. Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
5. Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
6. English (written and spoken), Mandarin (Written and Spoken) advantageous.
7. Good communication and people management skill.

What you'll be doing on the job

Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training 
to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
2. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, 
quality, and safety.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality 
assurance, to develop and implement new products or processes.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, 
reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
5. Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement 
corrective actions as needed.
