What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.                            
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) is advantageous.               
• Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is a plus.                                
• Experience in supporting end-users, conducting UAT, and providing training is preferred.                   
•   In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) ERP products, with an emphasis on Finance or Supply Chain support.           
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and address technical and functional issues.                 
•  Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions.                       
•  Basic understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.                       
• Ability to assist in the execution of system testing, quality assurance, data migration, UAT, and end-user training activities.                   
• Willingness to learn about third-party integrations and extensions relevant to financial and supply chain operations.                         
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.              

What you'll be doing on the job

•  Provide regional support for D365FO modules, primarily focusing on Finance, Supply Chain and POS Integration, under the guidance of senior staff.                            
•  Assist in resolving functional and technical issues related to D365FO, including troubleshooting and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.                          
• Offer support in gathering and documenting business requirements and assist in translating these into functional specifications.                      
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements, ensuring they meet established accuracy, reliability, and performance standards.                          
•  Provide support during the testing phases, including system testing, UAT, and post-implementation support, to ensure smooth rollouts.                      
• Assist in maintaining and updating documentation related to application configurations, business processes, and issue resolutions.                   
•  Monitor system performance and user feedback, and assist in recommending improvements to enhance user experience and system efficiency.                        
•  Support the delivery of training sessions, workshops, and documentation for end-users to ensure proficiency in using the ERP system for financial and supply chain activities.                     
• Assist in the evaluation and integration of third-party applications and extensions to enhance D365FO system capabilities.                      
• Receive mentorship from ERP Application Manager and actively contribute to team efforts, focusing on continuous professional development.
