What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Preferably tertiary qualification in Business, Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in life insurance industry and well-versed with group insurance. 
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • To support the operation planning process and ensure the KPI target are met. 
  • To monitor the TAT across setup/billing teams. 
  • To implement best practice ensuring the operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost effective way. 
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information. 
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary. 
  • Prepare overall productivity report to management. 
  • Periodic review of department SOP.
