What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- A commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of computer competency (MS suite).
What you'll be doing on the job
- Developing clear, concise and accurate user facing documents for our software solution.
- Collaborating with engineers, project managers, logistics consultants and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
- Conducting quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Understand Quality, Safety and Environmental principles and adherence to processes and work instructions standards.
