What requirements you'll need to be eligible
Duties:
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process of new starters
- Assisting the director in employee engagement survey and reports analyzing
- Liaise and coordinate with building management contractor and tenants on matters
- Procure and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Manage office appointments and bookings
- Checking and processing of monthly invoices
- Assist in payroll matters and processing of claims & benefits
- Assisting in overseas recruitment (mainly shortlisting profiles only)
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of HR Administrative experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Highly independent as this will be an individual contributor role reporting directly to HR Director
- Must be able to commence work immediately
What you'll be doing on the job
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm (hybrid arrangement = Mon & Fri WFH. Only Tue to Thu in office)
Location: Paya Lebar
Duration: Imm – end Dec 2024 (may extend till end Jan 2025 at max)
Salary: up to $4,500 basic (
