technical program manager

You will be working with a company that simplifying and digitizing the CFO’s office

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of experience in technical program management
Experience working in a SAAS environment.
Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies
Strong technical background, with experience in software development and architecture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with JIRA or other project management tool

Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects.
Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with the product and engineering team to prioritize feature development.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any.
Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc.
Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success Manager for project deliverable
Develop an integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate to customers.
Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Enable seamless and secure data exchange and interoperability across diverse platforms and applications.
