Who you'll be working for
A startup that converts properties into ghost kitchens (delivery-only restaurants) to cater for the growing demand for food delivery.
They have a few brands under them and several outlets in Singapore.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills, both in person and electronically
What you'll be doing on the job
- Oversee 2-3 Facilities
- Spend 50% of time on-site and 50% on managerial tasks
- Manage daily maintenance tasks, including cleanliness, security, pest control, and kitchen audits
- Team management
- Conduct inventory counts
- Coordinate communication between the kitchen team and the kitchen chefs
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including in-person handovers
- Organize delivery partner pickups efficiently
- Transport orders from kitchens to the central processing area
- Process and stage orders for delivery partner pickup
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth facility operations
- Respond to restaurant partner emails promptly
- Contribute to the development of the future of food delivery with the team
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible and adaptable to frequent changes
- Oversee various projects as needed
