What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Education Level: Degree, MAICSA candidate or final year
- Experience: At least 2 years in Corporate secretarial firm. Experience with a reputable firm preferred
What you'll be doing on the job
- Handling and manging a portfolio of clients assigned
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
- Liaise with Clients and provide advisory services to clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
- All aspects of general corporate secretarial matters including preparation and circulation of resolutions, ACRA filing, etc
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
- Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent services
- Assisting in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
