What you'll be doing on the job

• The Contract Associate will be responsible for handling customers’ and agents’ enquiries and policy matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via all touchpoints, including inbound, outbound and non-voice.
• This role also includes performing backend administrative tasks.
• The Contract Associate is expected to deliver quality and efficient service to policyholders and agents, and ensure the overall service level and objectives of the Contact Centre are met.
