Who you'll be working for
A German multinational leisure, travel and tourism company
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- BA/BS in Computer Science or any relevant degree and experience
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and solutions such as API, middleware.
- Experience in web development using .NET (both VB and C#) as well as frontend using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiar with both .NET framework and .NET core
- Know about microservices architecture and concept
- Experience with cloud (AWS) infrastructures
- Proficient with RDBMS and NoSQL, understanding the concepts behind the two, and proficient in designing efficient data schema.
- Have strong communication skills, able to interact with non-technical members of the business to gather requirements, troubleshoot, perform user acceptance testing, etc.
- Experience with working effectively as part of a team following Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in dynamic environments
- Proficient in English.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Design and implement API and application using .NET framework and core (VB and C#)
- Write testable, clean, efficient code with unit tests and sufficient documentation
- Support deployment to the staging and production environment
- Work with infrastructure team on performance profiling and optimization.
