What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Possesses degree in Administrative or related field.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Handles and process Full Surrender, Part Surrender, Suspense, Maturity and Direct Credit Facility.
• Create payment for approved cases.
• Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authoriser and send to Agent/MPH/customers.
• Ensure cases are process within TAT.
• Relief GMBS counter
• Handle unsuccessful IBG
• Ad-hoc assignments
