Who you'll be working for
- It is a startup that converts properties into ghost kitchens (delivery-only restaurants) to cater for the growing demand for food delivery.
- They have a few brands under them like Otterm Cloudkitchens and Lab 37 and currently there are 8 SmartCity Kitchen outlets in Singapore.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Have a great attitude to work, driven and have willingness to learn
- A team player, punctuality and reliability
- Always go above and beyond, and are looking to progress in their career
- Work both autonomously as well as with their teammates and with our customers
- Like to solve problems, making recommendations on how to improve daily tasks
- Previous experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) F&B and retail is a bonus, but if have the right attitude and drive, training will be provided
- Open to working on weekends & public holidays
- Singapore citizens and permanent residents only
What you'll be doing on the job
- Transport delivery orders from our clients’ kitchens to the central dispatch area
- Communicate with delivery platform riders on order status and manage the waiting crowd
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on site with sense of urgency
- Communicate policies and updates to our clients and their kitchen crew
- Follow SOP and complete daily checklists
- Execute facility improvement projects on site
