Who you'll be working for
A leading air freight forwarding company in Asia regions
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Higher Diploma or above holder in any disciplines
- 3+ years of experiences in sea or air freight forwarder or related industries
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
What you'll be doing on the job
- Handle customers' enquiries / requests through phone calls and email conversations
- Prepare business proposal / quotation as per customers' requirement
- Provide administrative support, including handling air/sea export shipping documents.
- Coordinate with client side and our internal operation team
