What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum Diploma in Electromechanical and/or relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of working experience in maintenance field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude.
• Reliable, able to multitask and work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to well communicate with outside service provider.
• Prefer to have experiences in thermoforming industry.

• Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as perform of repairing and installation.
• Responsible to liaise with repairing services provider to monitor and evaluate their work including monitor the cost.
• Responsible to monitor budget of maintenance cost and give proposal to superior if required.
• Responsible on the respond and action speed on requisition and to ensure department set targets are achieved.
• Responsible to ensure all repairing works are carry out under safe working environment and not affected to production product quality.
• Responsible to manage machine spare parts safety stock level.
• Responsible to collect data and generate summary report to analysis on equipment performance and related department servicing and to be present during review session (Data Analysis and Management Review) meeting and paperwork.
• Responsible for to oversee, monitor and checking on overall company building, utilities and production equipment maintenance and repairing activities.
• Responsible to monitor production machine working standard and condition and follow up on the preventive maintenance progress status.
• Responsible for the installation of new equipment and design preventive maintenance schedule and maintenance check sheet.
• To be assigned by superior from time to time.
