What you'll be doing on the job
- Responsible for handling customers’ and agents’ enquiries and policy matters in a clear, accurate and timely manner via all touchpoints, including inbound, outbound and non-voice.
- Performing backend administrative tasks.
- Deliver quality and efficient service to policyholders and agents, and ensure the overall service level and objectives of the Contact Centre are met.
