What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Result-driven, adaptable to a fast – paced environment.
• Independent, outgoing, creative & good team player.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the payments background with knowledge of merchant acquisition.
• Knowledge of terminals set - up in the payment background is an added advantage.
• Comfortable with sales targets

What you'll be doing on the job

• Building & maintain relationship with company current/prospective customers.
• Deliver the assigned revenue targets & drive greater acceptance points of our products & services.
• Attending new/potential merchant enquiries, setting up of new merchants' applications & acquiring of new merchants; communicate proactively with the merchant on business issues & opportunities.
• Involved in the implementation of strategic plans for new program requirements & design solutions for acquiring, growing & retaining business.
• Problems resolution, including escalation of issues to the correct department.
• Ensure appropriate merchant metrics are generated, data is accurate & reporting deadlines are met on a timely basis.
• Drive root cause analysis/ corrective action process for improvements.
