• Minimum GCE ‘O’; ‘A’ Levels/Diploma

What you'll be doing on the job

• Assist to handle the day to day matters and issues of the Sales Support Team.
• Assist to support the team in attending to Agents and Policyholders’ enquiries and requests promptly mainly through telephone, emails, correspondences.
• Assist to contribute to meet the SLA set, and comply with internal policies, procedures, relevant laws and regulations.
