What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Age Range: 35 - 45 years old
- Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Open to both married and single candidates.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources, specifically in a PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) company.
- Strong proficiency in Business English (written and verbal).
- Expertise in recruitment, performance management systems (PMS), employee relations, salary calculation, and HR strategy development.
- Proficient in data analysis and HRIS management.
- Ability to formulate and enforce company regulations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience in business accounting.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
What you'll be doing on the job
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Implement performance systems and support employee development.
- Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- Align HR initiatives with company goals to drive growth and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Manage salary, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Maintain HR data systems for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
