What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, HR systems development, or a related role, ideally within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech industry.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing tracker systems for compensation, benefits, and employee management.
- Knowledge of tax, payroll, and accounting integration with HR systems.
- Proven experience in employee training, development programs, and general affairs management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, Learning Management Systems) is a plus.
What you'll be doing on the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
- Design and implement an employee tracking system integrating compensation, benefits, and tax/accounting data.
- Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and integration with payroll systems.
- Develop and oversee employee training programs to enhance skills and support career growth.
- Oversee office operations, facilities management, and employee welfare activities.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other teams to align talent management strategies with organizational goals and report progress to senior leadership.
