What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Developer or similar role, specifically in developing D365FO ERP systems.
• Competent in MorphX, X++ programming & DevOps management skills following D365FO best practices.
• In-depth development experience such as customized functions/enhancements, interface integration, and develop new reports with D365FO and Dynamics AX.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is a plus.

• Proficient in English with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively within a diverse, cross-cultural team.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.

What you'll be doing on the job

• Provide quick turnaround technical support for D365FO modules.
• Develop and implement software solutions for change requests (CRs), including writing, testing, and deploying code to address business needs and enhance system capabilities.
• Offer IT services, such as managing code repositories, supporting technical challenges, and conducting quality assurance to ensure high performance and stability across all ERP applications.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within D365FO, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating these into actionable functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, ensuring adherence to accuracy, reliability, and performance standards.
• Support system testing phases, including UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation reviews, ensuring successful system rollouts and high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in D365FO ERP systems and related 
technologies, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
• Monitor system performance, user feedback, and recommend process improvements to optimize both system efficiency and user experience.
• Provide support in the integration and evaluation of third-party applications and extensions, ensuring seamless functionality with D365FO.
• Contribute to training efforts, including creating documentation and delivering workshops to ensure end-users are proficient in using the ERP system for financial, supply chain, and related activities.
• Actively contribute to team efforts by focusing on continuous professional development in ERP systems, software development, and technical support.
