What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in brand management or events management, ideally within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury market dynamics and trends.
  • Creative flair with a strong eye for design, color, and layout.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

What you'll be doing on the job

Event Planning & Management

  • Assist in planning and coordinating brand events, including in-store promotions, VIP events, product launches, and partnerships with other luxury brands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and scheduling, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly and on-brand.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and distribute event materials, including invitations, social media content, and in-store displays.

Brand Representation & Client Engagement

  • Serve as a brand ambassador at events, interacting with VIP clients, influencers, and press to promote the brand's image and values.
  • Develop relationships with high-profile clients and industry contacts, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback during events to gain insights for future initiatives and improvements.

Market & Trend Analysis

  • Conduct market research on competitors’ visual merchandising strategies and event activations, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
  • Monitor industry trends in luxury fashion, retail design, and experiential marketing to keep brand strategies fresh and innovative.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to incorporate current trends into visual displays and event concepts that resonate with luxury clientele.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Assist in budgeting for event projects, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects remain within budget.
  • Prepare regular reports on client feedback, and event ROI to inform future strategy.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management on enhancing visual impact and event engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to align events with broader brand goals and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as design agencies, event planners, and print suppliers, to ensure high-quality and timely execution of projects.
  • Support the e-commerce team in maintaining brand consistency by coordinating visual content and online merchandising with in-store displays.
