Who you'll be working for
A SaaS company offering a digital E-invoicing solution and recognized as a top E-invoicing provider by MDEC's MY Digital program.
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or related role. 
  • Technical Skills: 
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux). 
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, troubleshooting tools, and concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP). 
  • Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and application servers. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve technical issues effectively. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. 
  • Customer Orientation: A proactive approach to customer satisfaction and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
What you'll be doing on the job
  • Technical Assistance: Provide first and second-level technical support to customers via email, phone, or in-person. 
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner. 
  • Installation & Configuration: Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and systems. 
  • Incident Management: Document, track, and escalate customer issues using the company's ticketing system. 
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the underlying causes of recurring problems and recommend improvements. 
  • Customer Training: Provide technical guidance and training to customers to enhance their understanding and use of our products. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including development, QA, and operations, to address customer feedback and improve product quality. 
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.
