What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in Operations and Customer Service Management
- Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross functional levels
What you'll be doing on the job
- Provide data analysis of operations and perform routine reports compilation
- Provide operational assistance, analysis of operations and perform routine activities to meet quality requirements and customer service.
- Review and recommend improvements for systems and procedures.
- Monitor and conduct the cost effectiveness of the car park operations. Ensure the car park operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitoring and Tracking of SLAs and KPIs of contractors.
- Manage and lead a team/contractors
- Monitor the cost effectiveness of car park operations.
- Conduct regular car park visits and audits
- Attend to Carpark Operations matters escalated by contact centre and work closely to resolve operational cases efficiently.
- Attend to any ad-hoc meetings at site or at HQ, and any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
