What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Possess Tertiary educational qualification in Business, Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in life insurance industry and well versed with group insurance

What you'll be doing on the job

• To participate in project initiatives and/or system enhancement
• To monitor, maintain and improve team’s performance and TATs/SLAs across the section
• To assign cases and coordinate daily productivity of team members
• Ad hoc functions as and when delegated being interoperable with other billing teams
