What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Possess Tertiary educational qualification in Business, Administrative, Finance, Economics or Insurance
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in life insurance industry and well versed with group insurance
What you'll be doing on the job
- To participate in project initiatives and/or system enhancement
- To monitor, maintain and improve team’s performance and TATs/SLAs across the section
- To assign cases and coordinate daily productivity of team members
- Ad hoc functions as and when delegated being interoperable with other billing teams
