Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Possess either a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administrative or any related field(s).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Working experience in insurance related fields would be added advantage.

What you'll be doing on the job

• To attend enquiries and issues highlighted by business users.
• Coordinate and work closely with stakeholders to close the issue.
• Work with IT on scheduled/unscheduled maintenance activities for eConnect.
• Raise defect, provide business requirement for enhancement.
• Perform, monitor and track UAT testing.
• Arrangement for post-production deployment monitoring.
• Ensure initiatives and/or projects scopes, and the business requirement are complying with company policies and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance to Regulatory guidelines for the any roll out of initiatives and/or projects.
